Shipping & Returns
Please make a return within 21 days of the shipping date. If 21 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To initiate a return, please click here. We will notify you when we receive your request, and will send you a separate email with the shipping label. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please advise in the "Make a Return" Request Form if you would like to supply your own shipping label for the return. If not, we will email one to you and withhold the return shipping fee from your refund. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. To ensure we have the item you need in stock, we suggest you purchase the item before initiating the return. Teleri Athletics will pay for return shipping if there was a fulfillment mistake or there was damage to the product not due to shipping. If Teleri Athletics had a fulfillment mistake or there was damage to the product not due to shipping, we will also pay the shipping fees for shipping the new item to you.
We are sorry to inform that we do not currently offer exchanges unless Teleri Athletics had a fulfillment error or there was damage to the product not due to shipping. Please be aware we cannot guarantee an item will be in stock for an exchange due to a fulfillment error or damage. If you are looking to order another item we recommend you place a separate order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This includes but not limited to: deodorant marks, stains, and/or odor. It must also have the tags attached.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Additional non-returnable items:
Holiday Returns: Products purchased between November 20 - December 25 are eligible for a Holiday Return. Returns must follow eligible return policy above. If your order falls within the period, you have until January 10th to make a return or exchange. All other dates outside of Holiday Return dates follow our 21-day policy.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Only regular priced items may be refunded. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are FINAL SALE. Excluding the End of Season Sale. All items are returnable from the End of Season Sale.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and she/he will find out about your return.
Please advise in the "Make a Return" Request Form if you would like to supply your own shipping label. If not, we will email one to you and withhold the shipping fee from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We use USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground which will take 2-3 business days to reach you. We are not responsible for any delays mailing services may have. You will receive a Tracking Number once your order is shipped.
International (non-US) customers are responsible for payment of any associated fees, customs, duties, and taxes. At this time we cannot expedite international orders or provide exchanges. Please understand duties and taxes will vary by country and you may be subject to customs fees. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the owner and will be their obligation to pay upon delivery.
All prices are listed in USD. We recommend international customers check the current exchange rate to get the best idea of what they will be charged.
